The Independent Coast Observer Community News, Inc. (ICOCN) has incorporated as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, with the EIN #92-0893292. The approval letter for our tax-exempt status from the IRS is dated September 5. 2023. We, the board of the ICOCN, are committed to continuing to publish the Independent Coast Observer, each and every week of the year. We have settled into our new office in Cypress Village with new furnishings, phones and computers. We are proud to serve the Mendonoma coast.
